General: What's going on the the Boardwalk Center in North Troy?

    Does anyone know what's going on with the Boardwalk Center building in North Troy (on River St/2nd Ave near Bella Napoli)?

    It's been taped off for a week or so. Maybe they are going to knock it down?

    Curious if anyone has heard anything.

    The building has some serious facade problems (bricks falling into Middleburgh Street). There was an article in the Record about last week:
