Troy YMCA on the Hudson River

Sell the Troy YMCA and build a new facility on the Hudson River in downtown Troy with access to the water for boating, canoeing, kayaking, small boat sailing, and scuba. The facility can also cooperate with RPI and locate their crew team's boat house and water recreation clubs in the same facility. The facility could serve the prospering residents of the County and City while giving direct access to all city residents. Would serve as a recreational facility unique to the entire Capital Region.
